In July 2008, Skywire Software’s enterprise software business was purchased by Oracle (NASDAQ: ORCL), the world's largest enterprise software company, and its business process outsourcing operation was purchased by Kubra Data Transfer, a private equity backed BPO roll-up. Skywire Holdings retained ownership of iWave Software, a leading provider of IT integration software, of which Brandt currently serves as chairman and CEO.
